  Big Screen, NOT! Attended the Greatest Showman, 8:30 showing in Theater 1 on Dec 2nd. The screen which would have been awesome was showing only 2/3's of the space used - was like looking at a TV screen with a big border where we were seated. I had a hard time with the distraction (my wife didn't care). I spoke with someone at the counter because there was no one by the door and explained the situation right at the beginning of the movie. Since no one seems to operate a projector anymore it wasn't fixed. Needless to say I was disappointed twice.
  I was greatly disappointed especially because I have been a faithful patron of this location for years but lately things seem to be slipping.
  Hopefully someone in management is reading these reviews.
